Individualized Yoga Therapy
 
I offer an integration of yoga instruction with talk therapy to allow for a deeper healing process. 
Movement can be an amazing compliment to talk therapy giving us a different outlet to express ourselves and let go of our beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are not serving us anymore. Yoga helps us create a space in our lives to improve our physical and mental well-being.
It helps us function with greater ease, balance and calmness, and teaches us ways to overcome challenges that seem to hold us back from experiencing joy in our lives. 
Mindfulness practice within movement and discussion will be introduced to help in areas of stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and grief.

Our session can take place in your home or in studio.
