I am an Integrative Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I moved to Denver in 2009 from Portland, Oregon where I worked in non-profit organizations as a mental health and substance abuse counselor. 

I received my Master of Social Work from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon in 2005 and am also a certified drug and alcohol counselor. Since 2004, I have worked in residential and outpatient treatment centers and have focused on helping people acknowledge the wisdom within themselves to create their own path to happiness and well being.
